Seduto composto ("Seduto composto", "we", "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Site (collectively, the "TOS"). Please read them carefully before placing any orders on sedutocomposto.com. We recommend keeping a copy of the TOS for future reference.

In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the TOS and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about Seduto composto’s Privacy Policy before you use any of this Site's services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

We may modify the TOS from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

All contents of this website, including but not limited to text, illustrations, and images, are expressly protected by copyright. Any copying, use, or distribution without the consent of Seduto composto is prohibited. Any unauthorized use will result in civil and criminal litigation. All rights are reserved by Seduto composto.

Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order with Seduto composto, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order (in particular real name, email address, and shipping address) is true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Seduto composto’s acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.

Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and are not to be re-sold, used for commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit. In addition, Seduto composto reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of the same item being shipped to any one customer or postal address, except for wholesale purposes explicitly conferred with us.

In order to make purchases on the Site, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, e-mail address, and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Seduto composto terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Seduto composto and whose applications are acceptable to Seduto composto.

 

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Seduto Composto offers exclusively made-to-order garments, lovingly crafted for each customer.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping, due to the custom nature of our clothing.

Occasionally, minor adjustments may be necessary due to the limited availability of deadstock materials, but we always ensure the highest quality and care in every piece.

Acceptance of your order

​

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel, your order and completion of the contract between you and Seduto composto are confirmed when the pieces have been shipped. Until that point your order remains subject to change.

The sale contract is concluded in Chieri, Italy, and the language of the contract is Italian. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

We disclaim any liability for the availability or operation of this website and for correctness and completeness of the information provided herein. Seduto composto will not be liable for any damage caused by the use of this website, information and links published, nor does it accept liability for the non-availability of this website, processing of any transaction through our third-party service providers.

Pricing Policy

​

Prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euro price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error. Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. Customers purchasing from outside the European Union will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from our courier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Payments

​

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), or previously purchased gift cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Seduto composto.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Seduto composto uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Please note that Seduto composto doesn’t ever store its users’ credit/debit card details in its systems and can therefore not be held liable for any loss you may suffer.

Shipping

​

Orders are processed the following business days Monday through Friday and shipped from Italy. All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer free shipping on orders in Italy and on orders above 300€ in Europe.

Any duties or taxes incurred for shipments outside of the EU are the responsibility of the customer. In instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting the customs office of your country for further information as Seduto composto is not able to estimate the duties or taxes that may occur.

The shipping cost will be indicated when placing the order according to the country of destination.

Please note that Seduto composto cannot be held responsible for any delay in orders due to delay in customs clearance or payment transactions.

Returns & Exchanges

​

If you purchase a product with us online you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason (“withdrawal period”).
Please note: The 14-day withdrawal period and general return policy do not apply to:

• Made-to-order or clearly personalized products (e.g., tailored clothing or personal initials)

• Fully completed services, if you explicitly agreed that the service should begin immediately (e.g., urgent orders*), thereby waiving your right of withdrawal

• Products that have been worn (except for try-on at home), washed, or damaged

We reserve the right to decide if an order qualifies for return/exchange on a case-by-case basis and to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect products before authorizing a return for full reimbursement or exchange.

How to return an order

To return an order please send us an email to sartoria@sedutocomposto.it within 14 days of delivery detailing your name, product, and reason for return/exchange and send the product to the following address:

The client must bear the cost of shipping. We recommend that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Returns must be packaged in the box originally provided or something equally protective. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Your Rights

​

You have certain rights under the law. These include:

• That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and conform to any description given on this Site;

• Certain remedies if a product is defective; and

• A right to cancel any order for a product within fourteen working days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it, and receive a full refund even if it is not defective (excluding products which fall under the exceptions above).

Nothing in the TOS is intended to affect these rights.

Limits on our liability

​

Nothing in the TOS is intended to affect your rights under the law. If Seduto composto breaches the TOS, we shall only be liable for direct losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profits or opportunity. We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Seduto composto tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete but does not promise that it is error-free or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up-to-date virus checking software installed.

Colors

​

We try to maintain the accuracy of our product colors and are constantly improving the way items appear on our website. However, as computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate. Furthermore, the fabrics and leathers used in our products are natural.
